1. Confidentiality: All client information shared will be kept strictly confidential.

 

2. Contact Protocol: If you have been provided with my number, please refrain from calling without prior discussion unless your appointment has been confirmed or if it’s a life/death situation. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Confirmation & Payment: A slot is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

4. Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for canceled Healing therapy or Consultancy services.

5. Complementary Guidance: Ppiyanshi does not recommend any services as a substitute for mainstream medication. The provided guidance is meant to complement other forms of treatment and therapy.

6. Holistic Healing Purpose: Holistic healing aims to align physical, spiritual, mental, and overall well-being with your desires and manifestations. It primarily serves to bring peace to the body, mind, and soul and acts as a catalyst for other forms of treatment.
   - Please note that Healing sessions are not an alternative to mental health counselling.

7. Client Responsibility: Readings and Healings provide guidance to clients' lives. It is emphasized that clients are responsible for their own life decisions, for which we cannot be held liable.

8. Services for Children: No forms of Readings are provided for children. However, parents can seek guidance for their children.

​

9. Extended Sessions: If your call session exceeds the booked time or if you wish to extend it, please be aware that the payment for the extended time will be done at that time itself.

10. Urgent Readings: Receive your reading within 48 hours by booking with a 25% extra charge on regular fees.

​

11. Scheduled Delivery: Call and audio message readings are scheduled and delivered within 5-7 days.

​

12. Paid Services: All our services, including readings, healings, and courses, are paid. We do not offer free services.

​

13. Response Time: Expect responses within 48 hours for your messages. Please note that there may be delays on special occasions/festivals. Your patience is valued!
